Shipping

SHIPPING & PROCESSING INFORMATION:

It takes our team 1-3 business days to process & package your order.

All shipping times (expedited shipping services included) are in addition to processing and packaging times.

During sales, special events, and new product releases it may take up to 7 days for your order to process before being shipped due to high volume. On rare occasions, orders will ship or be delivered outside this timeframe. 

Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed

O A T is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or outdated address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country. 

We cannot guarantee address update requests made to processing orders and will not be responsible for packages shipped per the order address but under request to edit from the receiver.

If you're missing items or have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. 

Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will NOT process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation. We do offer Route shipping insurance and highly recommend this service to ensure peace of mind. (See ‘Shipping Insurance’ section below.) 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

We offer tracked shipping options worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We apologize for potential delays due to COVID-19, they are beyond our control. 

All international shipments are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or refund due to the additional freight and duty costs associated with those orders. (Possible exceptions may apply. See ‘Return Policy’ section for more details.)

SHIPPING INSURANCE:

If you choose Route shipping insurance at checkout your package will be protected from loss, theft, or damage. However, if you choose to opt out of this insurance we are not responsible for a lost, stolen, or damaged package once it has been placed in the shipping carrier's care.

If your package is insured we will file a claim with the shipping carrier to replace your items after following all necessary steps.

Return Policy

*Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt (delivery date).

At O A T we work tirelessly to accurately display, describe, and detail our products. We also provide sizing charts on all of our pieces to ensure a proper fit. This information can be found on each product description page.

If you have a question about sizing please feel free to contact us at customerservice@oatco before making your purchase.

If you are unsure what size to choose we suggest sizing up. Full priced items can be returned or exchanged if they do not fit properly. Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, therefore, please choose carefully.

We highly recommend inspecting all items in your order upon receipt (even when purchasing for a baby yet to be born). We also encourage trying items on to ensure they fit properly so that any returns, exchanges, or store credits can be done within the 14-day return window.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

An item is eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit if it is:

- unworn

- unwashed

- with original tags and packaging intact

- free of stains, odors, hair (animal or human), and damage

- NOT a sale or discounted item

Items CANNOT be returned after this 14-day return window, no exceptions. Items sent to us outside of this window will be returned to the sender at the sender's cost.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

International returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs. 

O A T is not responsible for return items lost in transit. 

RETURN PROCESS:

Email customerservice@oatco.com and provide:

Name the order was purchased under

Order number

Email address associated with the order

Desired outcome (refund, exchange, or store credit)

Once received we will provide detailed information and instructions specific to the conditions of your purchase and relating to your desired outcome.

REFUNDS

Refunds are available on full priced items ONLY and are subject to approval. Please email customerservice@oatco.com and follow the Return Process instructions above.

RETURN APPROVAL PROCESS & FULFILLMENT: 

Once your return is received it will be inspected according to the standards described in our Eligibility section detailed above. Depending on what you elected and your purchase is eligible for, you can expect the following: 

- Money-Back Refunds:

We will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund payments can take up to ten (10) days depending on your original payment method. 

- Exchanges:

We will complete your exchange and ship your updated order to you as soon as possible!

- Store Credit:

We will issue a digital gift card in the amount of your returned items upon receipt of your returned package.

 

SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS:

Any orders placed within the context of a sale are NOT eligible for a return, refund, or exchange. 

Orders placed using discount codes, may not be eligible for return. A few exemptions apply. Please reach out to customerservice@oatco.com if you have any questions concerning eligibility.

 

GIFT RETURNS:

Any gifted items that fall under the parameters of returnable goods outlined above are eligible to be returned for credit in the form of a gift card. Gift returns require the original purchaser's name and order number. Please email customerservice@oatco.com for assistance with all gift returns.

How to Care for Your Products

We make our products built to last and want to help our customers know how to care for them as best as possible. For most of our items wash on a cold delicate cycle with like colors, lay flat to dry, and do not bleach.  *For our 100% Cotton pieces hang them to dry or dry on a low setting.
