SHIPPING INFORMATION AND POLICY
We are a small team but work exceptionally hard to get your items to you quickly and beautifully!
Processing: It takes 1-3 business days to process and package each order prior to all shipping times including expedited shipping.
Express Shipping : If you place an order with express shipping, it will take our team 1-3 business days to prepare and process your order prior to all shipping times (please note we do not ship on weekends). Once it has shipped the package will approximately take an additional 2-3 days to be delivered.
All shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. During special sales and shop events it may take up to 7 days to process your order before all shipping times and express services due to extremely high volume. On rare occasions, orders may ship outside this timeframe.
Since the challenges of Covid and the impacts sustained on the shipping industry express shipping options have changed for residential deliveries. In light of these changes, the only guaranteed services are FedEx Overnight and UPS Next Day Air options. With these services, they guarantee that your package will arrive by a certain day. With other express shipping options, your packages are prioritized but are not guaranteed to be delivered by their estimated date.
If you need your order by a certain date please make sure to reach out to us at customerservice@oatco.com in advance so that we can assist you in selecting the right shipping service to support your needs.
Overnight shipping options are available upon request. You must contact us at customerservice@oat.com in advance to make these arrangements. Overnight shipping services are offered at an additional cost.
All overnight and express shipping guarantees are through and with the shipping carriers. Therefore, all claims must be submitted to the carriers. OAT is happy to offer support with a shipping claim but is not responsible for the outcome of the claim.
On rare occasions expedited shipping may not be offered.
Do not purchase express shipping on Pre-Order items, they will only ship within their specified time frame.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer shipping options worldwide! However, not all shipping options come with global tracking, therefore, please select carefully. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Global shipping issues are beyond our control.
SHIPPING INSURANCE AND POLICY:
If you choose Route shipping insurance at checkout your package will be protected from loss, theft, or damage. However, if you choose not to protect your package with Route insurance we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been placed in the care of the shipping carrier.
If your package is insured with Route insurance we would be happy to file a claim on your behalf. Contact us at customerservice@oatco.comwithin the “important claim filing information” dates noted below.

IMPORTANT ROUTE CLAIM FILING INFORMATION:
Route Insurance Policy for packages presumed to be lost
- “Packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the last tracking update for United States domestic shipments (20 days for international shipments) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.”
- In light of Route’s policy timeline you MUST contact OAT at customerservice@oatco.com NO LATER THAN 21 DAYS OF THE LAST CHECKPOINT if you want OAT’s assistance in filing a claim with Route.
Route Insurance Policy for “Delivered” but Missing Package
- “Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are considered stolen, and must be filed 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises.”
- In light of Route’s policy timeline you MUST contact OAT at customerservice@oatco.com NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS OF THE “DELIVERY DATE” if you want OAT’s assistance in filing a claim with Route.
Route Insurance Policy for Damaged Item Arrived
“Order Issues for damaged orders must be filed within 15 days of the delivery date.”
