SHIPPING INFORMATION AND POLICY:

 
We are a small team but work exceptionally hard to get your items to you as quickly as we can. 

It takes our team 1-3 business days to process and package each order prior to all shipping times and expedited services ( *please note we do not ship on weekends. )

- Once shipped the package will take approximately 2-3 additional days to be delivered.

 

All shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

 

During special sales and shop events, it may take up to 5 business days to process your order before all shipping times and express services due to the steep increase in orders. On rare occasions, orders may ship outside of these timeframes

 

 

Important Express Shipping Update:

 

Express shipping options have changed for residential deliveries. In light of these changes, the only guaranteed express shipping services are FedEx Overnight and UPS NextDay Air options. We are happy to explore these options for you if contacted in advance and provided with sufficient time. Advanced express shipping support is on a first come first served basis. If interested contact us at customerservice@oatco.com and entitle your email "URGENT - ADVANCED EXPRESS SHIPPING SERVICE REQUESTED." 

 

- All overnight and express shipping guarantees are through and with the shipping couriers. Therefore, all claims must be submitted to the couriers. OAT is happy to offer support with a shipping claim but is not responsible for the outcome of the claim. 

 

- If you need your order by a certain date please make sure to reach out to us at customerservice@oatco.com in advance so that we can assist you in selecting the right shipping service to support your needs.

 

- Overnight shipping options are available upon request. You must contact us at customerservice@oatco.com in advance to make these arrangements. Overnight shipping services are offered at an additional cost.

 

- On rare occasions, expedited and overnight shipping may not be offered.

 

- Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will NOT process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.
We do offer Route Package Protection shipping insurance and highly recommend this service to ensure peace of mind. ) See "Shipping Insurance section below for more information.

 

- OAT is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or outdated address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, duties, or transfers from our U.S. courier to the local courier in the destination country.

 

- We cannot guarantee address update requests made to processing orders and will not be responsible for packages shipped per the order address but under request to edit from the receiver. 


- If you are missing items or have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. 

 

- Pre-orders: Do not purchase express shipping on Pre-Order items, they will only ship within their specified timeframe.


 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer shipping options worldwide! However, not all shipping options come with global tracking, therefore, please select carefully. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Duties, VAT, and brokerage fees may apply upon receipt and are the responsibility of the buyer. Global shipping issues are beyond our control.

 

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE AND POLICY:

If you choose Route Package Protection shipping insurance at checkout your package will be protected from loss, theft, or damage. However, if you choose not to protect your package with Route Package Protection we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been placed in the care of the shipping courier.

If your package is insured with Route Package Protection insurance we would be happy to file a claim on your behalf. Contact us at customerservice@oatco.com within the "Important claim filling information" dates noted below.

IMPORTANT ROUTE CLAIM FILING INFORMATION:

Route Package Protection Insurance Policy for packages presumed to be lost: "Packages presumed to be lost by the courier (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the last tracking update for United States domestic shipments (20 days for international shipments) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint." In light of Route's policy timeline, you MUST contact OAT at customerservice@oatco.com NO LATER THAN 21 DAYS FROM THE LAST CHECKPOINT if you want OAT's assistance in filing a claim with Route.

 

 

Route Package Protection Insurance Policy for "Delivered" but Missing Package: "Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are considered stolen, and must be filed 5 days after "delivery date" but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises." In light of Route's policy timeline, you MUST contact OAT at customerservice@oatco.com NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS OF THE "DELIVERY DATE" if you want OAT's assistance in filing a claim with Route. 

 


Route Insurance Policy for Damaged Item Arrived:
"Order issues for damaged orders must be filed within 15 days of the delivery date." In light of Route's policy timeline, you MUST contact OAT at customerservice@oatco.com NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE if you want OAT's assistance in filing a claim with Route.

 

 

RETURN TO SENDER:

 

We will attempt to contact the purchaser should any order be returned to OAT via the courier and marked “Return to Sender.” We will provide the following three remedy options:

  • Reship your package.
    • Applicable shipping fees apply.
    • Updated shipping information required.
  • Gift Card.
    • If your order was a gift, we can return your order and assist you in sending your gift recipient an OAT digital gift card instead!
  • Return the items in your order *based on our Return Policy eligibility requirements.
    • *Sale/discounted items will be returned for store credit.
    • *Full-priced items can be returned for a refund or store credit, whichever solution is preferred.

If the purchaser does not respond to our attempt of communication within 14 days we will return the items in the order and provide store credit. Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital OAT gift card and automatically sent to the email address associated with the original order. An additional $8 handling and restocking fee will be deducted.
