We are a small team but work exceptionally hard to get your items to you as quickly as we can!
It takes 1-3 business days to process and package each order prior to all shipping times and expedited services.
All shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.During special sales and shop events it may take up to 7 days to process your order before all shipping times and express services due to extremely high volume. On rare occasions, orders may ship outside this timeframe.
Important Express Shipping Update: Since the challenges of Covid and the impacts sustained to the shipping industry express shipping options have changed for residential deliveries. In light of these changes the only guaranteed express shipping services are FedEx Overnight and UPS Next Day Air options. We are happy to explore these options for you if contacted in advance and provided with sufficient time. If interested contact us at email@example.com.
Overnight express shipping guarantees are through and with the shipping carrier. Therefore, all claims must be submitted to the carrier. O A T is happy to assist in filing a claim with the carrier on behalf of the customer but is not responsible for the outcome of the claim.
We offer shipping options worldwide! However, not all shipping options come with global tracking, therefore, please select carefully. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Global shipping issues are beyond our control.
SHIPPING INSURANCE AND POLICY:
If you choose Route shipping insurance at checkout your package will be protected from loss, theft, or damage. However, if you choose not to protect your package with Route insurance we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been placed in the care of the shipping carrier.
If your package is insured with Route insurance we would be happy to file a claim on your behalf. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org the “important claim filing information” dates noted below.

Route Insurance Policy for packages presumed to be lost
- “Packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the last tracking update for United States domestic shipments (20 days for international shipments) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.”
- In light of Route’s policy timeline you MUST contact OAT at email@example.com NO LATER THAN 21 DAYS OF THE LAST CHECKPOINT if you want OAT’s assistance in filing a claim with Route.
Route Insurance Policy for “Delivered” but Missing Package
- “Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are considered stolen, and must be filed 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises.”

If items are consistent with the conditions of our Return Policy and returned to us with 14-days following delivery Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Sale and Discount items are eligible for store credit. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to get the process started for you!
For any items purchased on sale we offer store credit. Just pay the shipping back to us, or we offer prepaid shipping labels for a small $6-8 fee, and we'll issue you store credit once the item is recieved.
Exchanges : We offer our US costumers easy exchanges on full priced purchases. Contact us at email@example.com and our amazing team will assist you in switching out your items.
For our international customers we offer easy returns. Just cover the cost of shipping the item back to us in new condition.
How to Care for Our Products
We make our products built to last and want to help our customers know how to care for them as best as possible. For most of our items wash on a cold delicate cycle with like colors, lay flat to dry, and do not bleach. *For our 100% Cotton pieces hang them to dry or dry on a low setting.
